Making Reservations
We are now accepting hotel reservations for the 2026 SPS Health LTC Pharmacy Summit. A room block has been set aside for those arriving Monday, September 14, 2026, and departing Friday, September 18, 2026. The deluxe ARIA room rate is $168, plus prevailing room tax and resort fee of $55 per night, plus applicable Clark County Room Tax. The hotel cut-off date is Monday, August 21, 2026. Reservations made after August 21st will be at the hotel website prevailing rate.
RESERVATION DETAILS
It is the attendee’s responsibility to submit a valid credit card number with name as it appears on the card, billing address and credit card expiration date, or a deposit equal to the first night’s room/suite rate, and tax as a guarantee, at the time the attendee makes the reservation. Attendee’s credit card will be charged the first night’s room/suite rate and tax at that time. Individual room reservations not guaranteed will be automatically canceled by Hotel within fourteen (14) days of the reservation date.
All guaranteed reservations will be held until 6:00 am only on the day after attendee’s confirmed arrival date. Hotel allows individual attendees the right to cancel their guest room/suite reservations without penalty up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the attendees’ scheduled arrival date.
