Making Reservations
Hotel reservations for the SPS Health/Innovatix 2025 LTC Pharmacy Summit are being accepted as of April 1, 2025. A room block has been set aside for those arriving Monday, November 3, and departing Friday, November 7. The Resort Suite Guestroom rate is $299.00 plus prevailing room tax and a $40.00 reduced daily resort fee. Through this link you can book, modify, or cancel your hotel reservations and receive updated information about the event. Guests may also book through the Encore resort reservations number at 866-770-7555 by referencing the SPS Health/Innovatix LTC Pharmacy Summit.
RESERVATION DETAILS
It is the attendee’s responsibility to submit a credit card number or a deposit equal to one (1) night’s room/suite rate plus tax as a guarantee at the time the reservation is made. If a deposit is made with anything other than a credit card, the deposit must be received no later than fourteen (14) days after the reservation is made. All credit cards utilized for deposit purposes will be charged when the deposit is made.
Refunds will be issued on individual attendees’ reservations cancelled up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled arrival date. Encore at Wynn check-in time starts at 3 PM, check-out time is 12 PM.
