Neil Bansal
CEO, SPS Health
Neil Bansal brings 15 years of healthcare services operating and investing experience to his role as chief executive officer of SPS Health. Prior to SPS, he served as an executive leading finance and growth strategy at a national long-term care pharmacy. Neil was previously a healthcare services–focused investor in New York City.
Neil earned his MBA from Wharton with a concentration in healthcare management and entrepreneurship and his bachelor’s degree from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
He enjoys skiing, running, and Midwest lake life. He lives with his wife Natalie and three children, Auden, Elliott, and Valentina in Chicago.

Mark Parkinson
Principal, AHCA/NCAL
Mark Parkinson is the Principal of the American Health Care Association and the National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL), which represents more than 14,000 nursing homes, assisted living communities, and intermediate care facilities for individuals with disabilities. Previously, Parkinson was the association’s President and CEO for 14 years. Prior to his role as President and CEO, Parkinson served as the 45th Governor of the State of Kansas. He was also the owner and operator of long term care facilities in Kansas and Missouri.
Since February 2025, Parkinson has served as CEO of Park Place, a comprehensive resource dedicated to supporting success in the long-term care profession.
Under Parkinson’s leadership, AHCA/NCAL focused on delivering policy solutions to the Hill and the Administration, with a special emphasis on quality care. During his tenure, AHCA/NCAL remained the largest association in long term care and enjoyed record membership.
Parkinson’s vision and leadership has brought him recognition. He was named a top lobbyist for 12 consecutive years (2013-2024) by The Hill, a leading Capitol Hill newspaper. Parkinson also had the distinction of being selected as one of the “100 Most Influential People in Healthcare” by Modern Healthcare in 2015, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023. Parkinson was named Top CEO in the small-employer category by The Washington Post 2019 Top Workplace survey, and Top Association CEO by CEO Update in 2013. Washingtonian selected Parkinson as one of Washington, DC’s 500 Most Influential People in 2022, 2023, and 2024. Andrew Busch is the former 1st Chief Market Intelligence Officer for the US government and economic futurist at AndrewBusch.com. For the CFTC, he was charged with improving and enhancing the government’s understanding of the markets and the economy. His job was to take all the news, information and data on the economy and markets; and filter it into condensed, easily understood research; then communicate it to the government and public.

Bill Roth

The consulting businesses that Bill runs support over 450 manufacturers including all of the top 40 and spans all forms of products including Specialty, Orphan Rare, Cell and Gene, Vaccines, Biosimilars, and of course Primary Care Brand and Generic products.

Albert Thigpen

Albert Thigpen is a 30 plus-year industry veteran in the pharmacy operations and PBM landscape. A pharmacist by training, he has held numerous C-Level and Senior level positions in the PBM, Pharmacy Operations, and Supply Chain industries; most notably at United Healthcare/OptumRx, LDI and Diplomat, Catamaran, and CVS Caremark.
Albert currently serves as an Operating Advisor to Nautic Partners advising on current and prospective portfolio companies. He is the Chairman of the Board at Empirx Health, a board member of SPS Health, and Pantherx Rare Specialty Pharmacy.
